Our office is in St. Tammany Parish, and work in the surrounding parishes. I also have interests in Shreveport, La. Norton Electric and it's employees are insured by a $1,000,000 Contractor's Gen. Liability Policy. Each employee has Workman's Compensation Insurance
My name is Andrew Norton. I started doing electrical work because my grandfather told me that everyone should learn a trade. After graduating high school, I attended the International Technical Institute to get the most training that I could. There were several Engineers that didn't do as well in the course! It wasn't easy! After graduating (99.28%), I worked for commercial and industrial electrical contractors around the Baton Rouge area. I moved to the Northshore in 1985. I began working here for some of the smaller and larger contractors, and in 2003, decided to go on my own. I Aced the State Electrical Licensing Exam, and I haven't slowed down since!
