Primary Membership Services and Fees:
EZoomit.com offers a service which includes; uploading up to 10 Meg's of video, business description and placement into one of the available categories listed on EZoomit.com per city. Services for EZoomit.com are priced at $449.99 video production fee and Submission to Ezoomit.com without video is Free. ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE IN U.S. DOLLARS (USD). Ezoomit.com DOES NOT Guarantee 1st Page Placement on any search engine.

The EZoomit.com services include options that give the business owner extended video upload, listings in multiple categories, higher visibility placement on the home page and in color coded categories; the highest placement is in the Featured Ads area of the home page. If when on a particular page and your Featured Video Ad does not appear, refresh the page until you see it. All Featured Ad's randomly load on each page. There are only 24 spots which actually appear in the featured Ads area. These 24 spots change each time a page is loaded--to insure all Featured Video Ads get equal views.

By registering with EZoomit.com, you authorize EZoomit.com to charge your credit card in the amount of the Service Fee per City(s). EZoomit.com retains the right, in its sole discretion, to increase, at any time, the Service Fee. You must pay the Hosting Fee on a monthly basis. The Service Fee will be charged to your credit card on the anniversary day of the year your account was activated. You may update your credit card information at any time by contacting EZoomit.com via phone/email.

Services will be rendered by:
To complete your account within the next 30 days, the client agrees to provide Creative Linx, Inc. content for its landing page (including photos, company descriptions, services etc.) in a timely manner. Client agrees to answer questions about business information in a timely manner. Failure to respond in a timely manner can delay the launch of our services.

Copyright Notice:
EZoomit.com owns the rights to all original material contained in this web site.

Refund Policy:
If at any time you are not satisfied with the service that EZoomit.com provides, you will have the right to submit in writing or via email to info@ezoomit.com within 24 Hours from date of sign up. Upon receipt of your refund request, EZoomit.com will credit the current months Service Fee to your credit card and will remove your Premium Service account from our database and server; or allow you to resubmit information and video as requested in the Basic FREE service.

Termination:
You agree that EZoomit.com may restrict or terminate your use of the web site, with or without notification to you, should you intentionally attempt to damage the site or violate any members security or right of privacy. You also agree that the submission of pornographic material, use of profanity, use of words or phrases that discriminate based on race, sex, color or religious beliefs is prohibited on this site and will constitute immediate removal of the offending account. If any of the above requires the removal of an account, the account owner will be notified and there will be no refund or prorating of the most recent payment. Further payments will not be deducted from the affected account as a result of account termination.

Privacy:
We periodically employ third parties to perform various functions on our behalf. Such functions may include, for example, web site hosting, data analysis, marketing research, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. The third parties performing such functions will have limited access to your personal information solely as may be necessary for them to perform such functions.

Arbitration of Controversies:
All disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the EZoomit.com service shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, before an attorney or retired judge who is acceptable to the parties. If the parties are unable to agree on an arbitrator, then an arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with California Code of Civil Procedure. The parties will share equally in the fee of the arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own other costs and attorneys fees associated with the arbitration.

Each party shall be entitled to inspect documents in the other party's possession or control prior to the hearing. The parties may obtain additional pre-hearing discovery only by agreement or by applying to the arbitrator, who shall rule on all discovery and procedural issues.

Availability:
EZoomit.com uses reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there will be occasions when the Service will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment or other circumstances that are beyond the control of EZoomit.com. Reasonable steps will be taken by us to minimize such disruption where it is within the reasonable control of EZoomit.com. From time to time, and without notice to you, EZoomit.com may add or delete certain features or function from the Service we provide. You agree that EZoomit.com shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Charge backs and Reversals:
All charge backs and reversals are treated as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services. Cases where we have provided a service and where services have been verified, i.e., a client has received a video and/or received a password to our site(s), whether or not they have used the site in any way, possible actions taken by the company may include disabling access to your account, filing a complaint with local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in your state to investigate theft of services. All cases of chargeback requests will be vigorously fought by the EZoomit.com.

The Material provided on this Website are for informational, educational and/or entertainment purposes only. eZoomIt.com makes no warranties regarding the reliability, truthfulness, accuracy or completeness of any Materials.
